Don’t use another canned cranberry sauce again!
It’s so easy to make and you can get it done ahead of time and it tastes way way better then the canned! I promise!
1 – 12 oz bag of Cranberries
1 cup of sugar ( I prefer raw)
2 Tbs orange juice
2 Tbs water
Add all except the reserved cranberries into a sauce pan.
Cook over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Increase heat to medium and cook until the cranberries burst, about 10-12 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and cook for another 10 minutes to let the cranberries break down a bit more.
Turn off heat and transfer to a bowl to cool.
Try to make a day ahead or first thing in the morning so this has time to cool and then go into the refrigerator and it will gel and be amazing!
