This is by far, the easiest and most delicious side dish! It’s a good one for company because it comes out so beautiful and the house is fragrant from the fresh garlic.
1 head of cauliflower
4-6 cloves of fresh garlic
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Cut up the cauliflower to your liking, I try to do smaller pieces so they’re not huge hunks to deal with on a plate.
I minced the garlic, then drizzled olive oil over all off it and stirred it around and drizzled olive oil a second time and mixed well.
Add salt and pepper as you’d like.
I use an iron skillet for nearly everything, but a regular baking dish will work.
Use a lid or foil
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until the cauliflower is fork tender.
Stir well, without damaging and breaking up the cauliflower. You just want to loosen the ones on the bottom and stir a bit.
Remove the lid or foil and bake for another 10 minutes to get the cauliflower browned a bit.
Hope you try this super easy side dish for Thanksgiving! ENJOY!
