It’s Finally Sandal Season and A Coffee Scrub Recipe!!

Updated: Jan 13, 2021

Is Sandal wearing time really a season?? I think why the heck not? We have flu season, why can’t we have sandal season? Sandal season is way more fun, don’t you think?

Not only is your feet suddenly exposed, but a lot more of your skin!

I’m giving you an awesome coffee scrub recipe that I’ve been using for years and years… why haven’t I shared it before now? I’m ashamed that I haven’t.

BUT I also am making the coffee scrub soap bars over in my etsy shop on SALE !

4 for $20 That’s a $5 per bar and they are nice sized bars!

I use the soap bar on my feet every day to combat the dry icky heels and on the sides of my big toes. I just want baby soft feet with no obvious dry or cracking. This makes it happen!

Caffeine helps with circulation, which helps cellulite not to happen… I think it helps with moving cellulite out, but that’s just my opinion.

A good scrub before shaving aids in a closer shave too!

The coffee scrub removes dry skin and adds moisture, which makes a lot of sense! I love it on my arms, elbows and hands A LOT.  It’s not hard to make, inexpensive and WORKS SO WELL.

RECIPE:

  1. 1/2 cup coffee grounds, either fresh or used, or a combo of both

  2. 1/2 cup sugar, I use raw and it’s pretty rough, but dissolves in the process

  3. 1/4 cup avocado oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, really, this is your choice

Mix together and put in a bowl or jar with a lid. Be careful with glass in the shower, your hands will be oily.

Scoop some out and apply to wet skin and rub in circles, increasing the circulation to that area. It’s really fabulous!
