My favorite herbal tea blend is cooling and hydrating

Don't feel like you need to stick exactly to the recipe. Make adjustments to your body's needs and your tastes. Also adjust to what you have!

I don't always have everything because I use herbs in my soap and skincare products, so sometimes I'm out until I can restock.

HOWEVER, if you can use Hibiscus and Peppermint or Spearmint, you will have a refreshing tea that is cooling and hydrating to your body.  Perfect for summer.

Hibiscus, Peppermint, Spearmint, Chamomile is available at most grocery stores in the form of tea bags. Start where you can!

Evelyn Jane here... the blog started as a way to have some recipes always available for my children when they left home and wanted to cook some of their favs. Then I added some farm topics, then I started selling soap to stores and wanted a way for them to have all the information they wanted plus printable graphics. So now, it's a pretty diverse space of topics, but it's also 100% me. I am a soap maker, but also a small farmer of goats and chickens, a gardener, a cook, baker, sewist, crafter, reader, a business owner, naturalist, herbalist... I happily wear a lot of hats!

I hope you find some topics that you enjoy here!
